Win-It Wednesday: Upromise $50 Gap Gift Card (2 Winners!)

December 12, 2012 by Deal Seeking Mom

Join me every week for Win-It Wednesday, with 24-hour giveaways just for you!

Did you know that families are expected to spend an average of $750 on holiday gifts this year?!  Upromise wants to help make our budgets go further with online coupons, FREE shipping offers and money back for education—on top of some of the best deals offered by trusted brands.  You can earn 5% cash back on eligible online purchases – PLUS get your online shopping done by 12/18 and you’ll enjoy FREE Shipping!  Upromise has even more great ways you can earn cash back:

  • Dine Out – Up to 8%: Get up to 8% cash back at thousands of participating restaurants.
  • Book Hotels & Travel – Up to 5% or more:Score great travel deals (plus cash back for college) through hotels.com, Expedia, Travelocity, Budget and more.
  • Use the Upromise Credit Card: Earn 1% cash back on all your purchases, all the time.
  • Use Grocery eCoupons: Start at Upromise for money-saving eCoupons that earn cash back.

A survey recently commissioned by Upromise found that parents’ biggest priorities this shopping season include crossing items off the wish list, giving meaningful gifts, being aware of budget busters, and reducing stress. Parents, grandparents, relatives and friends can give two gifts with one purchase by shopping through Upromise.com and using the cash back from that purchase to boost their college savings for the beneficiary of their choice.  That’s a win-win deal!

Today, two (2) lucky Deal Seeking Mom readers will win a $50 Gap Brands Gift Card! (Gap Brands valid at Gap, Old Navy, Banana Republic)

To enter, share how you like to stretch your dollars during the holiday season.

I shop with coupons for the stocking stuffers and we limit our gifts to three for each family member. Gold – to represent how we value each person, Franchincense – to help each person worship, Myrrh – for their body. We each look forward to seeing what the others get.

I cut coupons. Every week I get the Sunday paper and map out my shopping trip(or trips) for the week. Depends on what sales I can stack with my coupons, sometimes I get stuff for change, or even free!:)

Hey there — nice to meet you!

I'm Tara: mom of 5 teens/tweens and one 80-lb. Weimaraner, who fancies herself a lap dog. Born and raised in Ohio (GO BUCKS!!!), my fave things include cooking + baking, my JEEP Rubicon, the 4x4 beaches at OBX, and checking out the local craft beer scene...

As you can imagine, all of this puts a good dent in my monthly budget. So I've learned how to save on the things I NEED, so I can spend on the things I WANT.
