    I enjoy listening to the chant and banter between hosts. It’s kind of like sitting around with friends.

    If it’s a late night talk show, my favorite part is the monologue. If it’s a daytime talk show, I usually like the demonstration/participation segments best because sometimes they are funny and almost alway informative.

    My favorite part of talk shows would have to be whenever the guests and/or hosts show moments of unscripted emotion, when they go away from the conventional politeness of the format and reveal a thought or emotion that shows them to be human. Thanks!
