    I have 2 favorite way 1 is not really “cooked” but prepared. #1 Is Black bean salad.(Red onion cilantro peppers(green and red) evoo apple cider vinegar and garlic) Yum
    #2 Is Foul, Which are fava beans. I cook them with evoo tomatoes parsley garlic and omions. Sometimes I mix them chick peas lemon tahina and garlic. We eat this for breakfast. Double Yum. :)

    besides Beanie Weenies! lol the only thing I use beans for is White Chicken Chili, which we LOVE! I eat steamed Lima Beans! does that Count!?> LOL

    We cook dry beans several times a week. I’ve learned to appreciate them over the years for their nutrition and their fill-em-up quality. :)

    I love making my own ‘refried’ beans & I have a variation of friendship soup that I like with beans. Unfortunately the rest of my family doesn’t like beans too much ): But both my kids LOVED plain red beans when they were toddlers.
