  3. “Like” Propel Zero on Facebook.
  4. Upload your photo to the Propel Zero Facebook wall and answer the question: “I stay active by… ” (running, taking the stairs instead of the elevator, taking my dog for a walk, etc.).
  5. Fill out the sampling form and let them know Deal Seeking Mom sent you.
  6. Check back to find out who won April 29th!

    I stay active by chasing my toddler son around, having tickle fests on the floor, and running around giving him ‘horsy’ rides. He’s a very active boy and has helped this preggo momma keep weight gain at a great spot!!

    I’ve done several rounds of P90X. I’m taking a break from that to do Insanity. I walk my dog 3 miles on days that the weather permits and run around like crazy with my kids.

    I left a comment about staying active on the Propel Facebook site (did I get that right??). Basically, always take the stairs, walk and do step aerobics during lulls in kids’ sporting events, use walking time to price shop and scope out stores for a return with coupons later

    We are car-less right now so I’ve been walking everywhere. That and some major spring cleaning have been exercise enough right now.
