Mr. Popper’s Penguins hits theaters on June 17th. Starring Jim Carey, Carla Gugino and Angela Lansbury, this lighthearted tale of a driven businessman, Mr. Popper (played by Jim Carrey), who inherits 6 penguins. His life is turned topsy-turvey as the penguins invade his condo and turn it into their winter wonderland playground and start getting him to ques what’s really important and what really matters in life. This charming movie based on the classic book is one that will be fun for the whole family.

    I have not been to a movie with my children in a long time, the last time was for the movie Ramona and Beezus, we went to that movie for my daughters 7th birthday. I would love to see this movie, I read the book to my kids a couple years ago!

    Gosh the last time I took the kids to see a movie was so long ago I don’t even remember the movie. OH wait actually it was a Jim Carrey movie A Christmas Carol. But since then we haven’t seen anything and we love jim, we all want to see Mr. Poppers Penguins!

    My son just turned 18 months and I have yet to venture to the movies with him. Eek!! We can’t even get him to sit through a movie at home. So, I am a little unsure of how it would go. Maybe next month after daddy gets back home, though. :)
