Mr. Popper’s Penguins hits theaters on June 17th. Starring Jim Carey, Carla Gugino and Angela Lansbury, this lighthearted tale of a driven businessman, Mr. Popper (played by Jim Carrey), who inherits 6 penguins. His life is turned topsy-turvey as the penguins invade his condo and turn it into their winter wonderland playground and start getting him to ques what’s really important and what really matters in life. This charming movie based on the classic book is one that will be fun for the whole family.

    I loved the mermaids from the last Pirates of the Caribbean!! Saw X-Men first class too and was the best one so far!!

    I just saw “Despicable Me” with my kids today…..free summer movie. We are reading “Mr. Poppers Penguins” right now. Unfortunately, I am sure the movie is nothing like the book, but we still want to see it anyway.

    The last movie we saw with the kiddos was Kung Fu Panda II. My 4 yr. old son was begging to watch Mr. Popper’s Penguins as we were walking out! We were trying to explain to him that it’s not out yet! BTW, love your site, it has changed my life!
