    Lasagna is my favorite Italian meal, and Michaelangelo’s is the closest to homemade that I have found.

    My all time favorite italian dish was artichoke lasagna that I had in Rome. But for more mainstream italian dishes I would have to say Chicken Marsala or Gnocchi with a Bolognese sauce.
