    I loooooove anything italian!! When I was a kid my mom made eggplant parm and I never liked it.. Now as an adult, I’ve been craving it and have no idea how to make it! lol

    I have had the opportunity to try both the lasagna and eggplant parm and I REALLY like the eggplant parm. In fact, I’m cooking it for a luncheon we’re having to welcome our teachers back to school.
