    Without a doubt, it’s my engagement ring. We were just about to graduate from college when my husband proposed. He didn’t have a job and had paid his own way through school by going to community college for 3 years and working full-time before transferring to a university for 2 years. He used what little he had left to buy me a ring. He didn’t believe in buying anything on credit. The diamond is very small, but everytime I look at it, I’m reminded of the values that my husband has and how those values have helped us over our 15 years of marriage.

    I do love my wedding ring, but it is the beautiful MOM ring that I received from years ago when my kids were children. It was so special (it was my children’s 1st mother’s day shopping for Mommy and they were super excited!) and still is!

    A small, delicate cross necklace that my parents gave me when I was baptized. It would probably have to be a tie between that and my wedding ring :)
