    On sick days we enjoy what we like to call “couch for theater” – we build a couch fort, stay in pjs, and watch a favorite movie while relaxing.

    Snuggling on the couch with blankets, watching movies, and reading books. And staying in PJs all day, of course!

    Our favorite sick-day activities are to color several pages out of our favorite coloring book, then we hang them throughout the house! We also curl up on the couch and watch Netflix!

    my favorite activity before my daughter was curling up with a good book or a puzzle…now if she is the one that’s sick it’s curling up with a book and flipping through picture albums! She’s 18months and loves looking at family members!

    My kiddos love that they get to watch lots of TV & have lots of educational game time on the computer when they’re sick. We usually have little-to-no TV/computer time, especially during the school year, so this is an extra-special treat! Also, if they have very sore throats (meaning that I can tell my looking at their throats), they get special sore throat treats, like whole milk chocolate milk (soothes a sore throat so well), and whatever foods might feel good on their sore throats.
