Spring is here and summer is on its way. For many of us with kids, that means an increase in activities and outings and crazy schedules. Lance Sandwich Crackers knows how crazy life can get for mom, so giving the Mom on the Run some easy ways to stay calm and cool during the busy summer season.

Items I like to keep on hand are sunscreen, bug repellent, snacks and bottles of water, a first aid kit, travel baby wipes and a few toys to help entertain my toddler. It’s been a real life saver!

    Have kept a “spontaneity bag” (what a great name for it) in my van – especially for trips to the world’s best amusement park, Cedar Point. It’s in my backyard, we have season passes and being prepared is part of maximizing the fun. (and I’ve kept Lance in there for years, too!)

    This bag would really come in handy at my daughter, Amy’s horse shows. Sometimes you are so busy that you can’t make it over to the refreshment stand to get something to eat so I try to have some sort of snack on hand for her. Not to mention there would be room in the bag for the bug spray, sun screen and water.

    I need a bag like this to keep up with my 2 preschoolers this Summer! They are some busy lil boys (and still potty-training…that’s a big reason for the bag). I have to be prepared for anything on the road…..snacks….games…extra clothes….wipes, etc. It looks very festive!

    I need a bag for the days we decide to head to the beach instead of home! So living in Hawaii, we have reuseable water bottles, crackers, swimsuits, towels and sunscreen in a bag in the van all the time!
