Win-It Wednesday: Ladybug Girl Prize Package (3 Winners!)

August 31, 2011 by Deal Seeking Mom

Join me every week for Win-It Wednesday, with 24-hour giveaways just for you!

ladybug girl
Ladybug Girl is Lulu, a little girl who loves to dress up in her ladybug costume and use her imagination to turn every moment into an adventure. In the two latest Ladybug Girl adventures, we follow Lulu to the beach and on a playdate with the Bug Squad as she learns to be brave and the power of an apology!

The Ladybug Girl series is one of my five-year-old daughter’s favorites, and it’s easy to see why. The colorful and whimsical graphics are attention getters for the little ones. And what child doesn’t love to play dress up?

Parents will appreciate the fact that the stories are short enough to make excellent bedtime reading, yet still contain valuable lessons for young children. Plus I love that so many of the adventures involve outdoor settings to encourage kids to just get outside and play.

Be sure to check out these fun Ladybug Girl games and print these coloring pages!

Three lucky Deal Seeking Mom readers will each win:

  • Ladybug Girl and the Bug Squad
  • Ladybug Girl at the Beach
  • PLUS the rest of the Ladybug Girl book catalog (5 additional titles!)
  • Ladybug Girl Doll

To enter, tell me what your favorite dress-up outfit was when you were growing up!

I liked to dress up as my mother. I’d put on her heels and a purse and would stroll through the house with a smile on my face.

I dressed up as just about everything, and then used a red stool we had as my prop – I could turn that stool into anything I needed.

I loved dressing up as an “office lady” complete with my play name, “Sally Butchenchecker”. I would wear moms high heels, nencklaces bracelets and a slip. Then off to “the office” I went to sign Sally. Butchenchecker on multiple pieces of paper. :)

Hey there — nice to meet you!

I'm Tara: mom of 5 teens/tweens and one 80-lb. Weimaraner, who fancies herself a lap dog. Born and raised in Ohio (GO BUCKS!!!), my fave things include cooking + baking, my JEEP Rubicon, the 4x4 beaches at OBX, and checking out the local craft beer scene...

As you can imagine, all of this puts a good dent in my monthly budget. So I've learned how to save on the things I NEED, so I can spend on the things I WANT.
