    we love to have nacho mac and cheese casserole. Our favorite movie is Tim Burton’s Alice in Wonderland with Johnny Depp…I think we have it memorized!

    My go to meal is Fast, Easy and Inexpensive. Boneless skinless chicken breast (you can use rotissiere chicken from the store as well), bowtie pasta or fettucinni, Ragu Alfredo sauce, and brocolli. Cook chicken & boil pasta. I just microwave the brocolli. Add sauce and bocolli to chicken and put on pasta.

    Mine is this thing I call “topping chicken” that I make in the crockpot. So easy and my family loves it.

    Four ingredient casserole:
    1 pound ground beef or turkey, browned and drained; 1 jar of spaghetti sauce (~28 oz.); 1 8 oz. package cheddar cheese; 1 pound cooked noodles (like rotini). You can serve it right out of the pan or place in the oven for about 10 minutes if you have more time.
    Quick, easy, and yummy!

    Ooops, forgot favorite family movie . . . . well, it depends. I like watching Enchanted with my daughter, and my husband likes watching Star Wars with the boys.
