Win-It Wednesday: Keurig Single-Cup Brewer and New K-Cups!

November 10, 2010 by Tara Kuczykowski 2,351 Comments

Join me every week for Win-It Wednesday. I’ll be posting a 24-hour giveaway to give you plenty of chances to win!

I’ve shared my thoughts on Keurig Single-Cup Brewers in the past, and I still love my Keurig just as much today.

I’m always up for trying new K-cup flavors, so I was happy to test drive the new Millstone and Folgers varieties.

Millstone coffee and Folgers Gourmet Selections K-Cup portion packs are made from the same high quality beans already available on-shelf in over 50 blends, and offer the exceptional taste that both brand’s passionate coffee drinkers have come to expect. The superior taste is the result of both brand’s precise “bean to cup” process that involves an intricate method of growing, roasting, and blending to ensure each cup of coffee delivers a unique coffee drinking experience.

I really enjoyed them, with the Folgers Black Silk K-cups being the one I liked the best. I like my coffee strong and bold, so this one was the closest to what I would typically buy. The Millstone Hazelnut K-cups were fun for a change of pace. They’re perfect for an after-dinner treat in lieu of a decadent dessert!

Millstone and Folgers Gourmet Selections K-Cup portion packs are available in the following flavors:

  • Millstone Breakfast Blend (Fair Trade Certified)
  • Millstone Hazelnut Cream
  • Folgers Gourmet Selections Black Silk
  • Folgers Gourmet Selections Lively Colombian
  • Folgers Gourmet Selections Lively Colombian Decaf
  • Folgers Gourmet Selections Vanilla Biscotti

One lucky Deal Seeking Mom reader will win a Keurig Single-Cup Brewer and four samples of the new Millstone and Folgers K-Cup varieties!

I make my mornings easier by laying out my clothes for work the night before. I also pack my lunches the night before and have them in the fridge ready to grab in the morning!

I try to make my mornings easier by doing as much as possible the night before. Deciding on clothes for me and my son, ironing mine, lunches made, book bag/purse at the door. All that fun stuff!!!

I do everything I can the night before. I also try to get up about 30 minutes before the kids so I can have a cup of coffee and catch up on blogs. Having my “me time” in the a.m. leaves me ready to take on the day! :)

Being a stay at home military wife/mom with a husband deployed and 4 kids my trick is taking my meds with a good cup of coffeee and giving myself a 1/2 hour for just ME before the hussle and bustle of the school day starts.

Fan on facebook…..subscribe daily e-mail….To avoid hectic mornings organization is key….everything needs to be ready the night before or nothing will go right for me..clothes ready, backpacks packed, keys by the door, etc….and since I don’t drink coffee I would love to have this for guests-I have never owned a coffee maker, pot, etc…of any kind….thanks for the chance

I manage my hectic mornings by having everything prepared the night before. All I have to do in the AM is get up, shower, get dressed and dress my little boy.

I usually wait until I get to work to drink my coffee…that way I can drink it in a relaxed way!

Hey there — nice to meet you!

I'm Tara: mom of 5 teens/tweens and one 80-lb. Weimaraner, who fancies herself a lap dog. Born and raised in Ohio (GO BUCKS!!!), my fave things include cooking + baking, my JEEP Rubicon, the 4x4 beaches at OBX, and checking out the local craft beer scene...

As you can imagine, all of this puts a good dent in my monthly budget. So I've learned how to save on the things I NEED, so I can spend on the things I WANT.
