    I look at the style and look of it, honestly. If it’s ugly, I’m not picking it up to even check out the details.

    I like lots of pockets for separating baby’s stuff and my essentials (like wallet/keys). I love being able to wipe my bag off. I actually wish I could wear clothes you could just wash off!

    I look for great organiztion compartments inside the bag. Also, how the bags sits on my shoulder for comfort reasons when carrying the bag for long periods of time. And of course Style!

    When I used diaper bags, I always looked for something gender neutral, would not embarrass hubby to carry, and had either a built in changing pad or ample room to carry one. A cloth lining was a must because vinyl or PVC linings never take much abuse and rip resulting in the loss of many small items like pacifiers in the linings.
