Between camps, vacations and warm weather activities, summer is a busy time of the year for many families.     A group of real close friends (10 of us) go on 2 road trips a year. One fall, One spring. We have such a blast on these trips. Always up in the mtns. with a river or lake near by. We are always getting lost getting to our destination. I’m excited about the up coming Labor Day weekend when it’s just the YA-YA’s from high school, then to the beach for a week with the family, then our Group Road Trip in Nov. Boy I’m going to be busy and having a great time with all my FRIENDS!!!!

    Our last road trip was from NC to MI and back a month ago to visit family and attend a friends wedding. We have two young children and this prize would be wonderful for both us parents and our kids (who love pb)!

    Currently on a road trip at the beach!! Thought it would be nice for the kiddos to have a BLAST at the beach before they go back to school!!

    I went to Nascar country and visited Charlotte, NC. We visited race shops, met drivers and had a great time!

    The last road trip we went on consisted of myself, my “boyfriend”, and my 3 children (ages 8,9, and 18). We went from Tucson, AZ to Show Low, AZ. In order to get there, we went through Globe, AZ (which is a small town with the ‘Old west” charm) and then through Salt River Canyon. My kids call it a “mini Grand Canyon”. It’s beautiful this time of the year with the river swelling due to the monsoons.
    I have been a follower of Deal Seeking Mom for a couple of months on Facebook….and I LOVE it!

    We drove to Colorado last week and needed that garmin. Our van has one but we were pulling a rv so driving the truck and really missed it a few times in particular.

    Our last roadtrip was from NY to FL to visit my parents! We’re stilll in FL so we have yet to take the hike back up to NY!

    The last road trip I went on was from Florida to Pennsylvania to visit my parents. It was just me, my two children and our chocolate lab. Surprisingly the trip went great!

    Last roadtrip I went on was from San Antonio Texas to New York City. We had to drive because she was afraid of flying but it turned out to be an adventure in itself. There were so many neat places along the way, I loved it!

    we went on several road trips to Somerset PA so that my daughter could take her drivers test! We made 3 trips before she got the parallel parking down:) I will never forget this time together:)

    We actually just went on our 2ND road trip in the past few months, My husband and I traveled from our home in Ct down to Delaware about 5 hrs away for the NASCAR race in May. And in July We brought our 14 yr old daughter on a 3 hr trip to NH again for the NASCAR race!
