    I subscribe to your emails !

    I use peanut butter in my chicken mole :) its a Spanish dish and the PB makes the broth thick and yummy :)

    My favorite recipe is one I found a few years ago call “Kooky Cookies”. Not sure why it’s called cookies. It’s basically the same mixture for scotcharoos (peanut butter, corn syrup, sugar) poured over Fritos. Sounds weird, but it is highly addictive!!
