    …and my favorite peanutty recipe would have to be my husband’s Thai chicken curry with butternut squash, raisins, cilantro, peanuts, and lime served over barley. Sounds weird, but it is fantastic. He doesn’t have many good recipes he invented, but when he hits, he really hits!
