Join me every week for Win-It Wednesday, with 24-hour giveaways just for you!

We love peanut butter on a day-to-day basis, but when the holidays roll around, peanut butter doesn’t just spread between PB&Js. It becomes the star of several of our holiday baking traditions. Last week I shared one of our all-time favorites, buckeyes — or chocolate peanut butter balls if you’re not from Ohio — on Unsophisticook
Jif wants you to share what ways you incorporate peanut butter into your holiday baking and cooking in the Jif Holiday Spread Contest, which runs through January 17, 2011 for a chance to win a $10,000 kitchen makeover. Enter both savory and sweet dishes. Perhaps you have a killer Thai peanut sauce that you make for your annual New Year’s party, or maybe your peanut butter blossoms are so incredible that no other can compete.
Four lucky Deal Seeking Mom readers will each win a Jif Holiday Gift Pack to help make their entertaining a breeze that includes a Calphalon Gourmet Roaster and a variety of Jif products.

To enter, tell me what ways you use peanut butter over the holidays.
Every reader has four methods available to enter this contest. Choose one each of any combination of method one, two, three, or four for up to a total of 4 entries!!!

I haven’t gotten very creative with peanut butter for the holidays. We always make the classic peanut butter cookie. But those buckeyes look yummy. Will have to try.

Buckeye balls are a must…I usually make 2-3 batches to make it through the holiday season. I have started to add peanut butter to most of stirfrys as well…yummy!
