Join me every week for Win-It Wednesday, with 24-hour giveaways just for you!

We love peanut butter on a day-to-day basis, but when the holidays roll around, peanut butter doesn’t just spread between PB&Js. It becomes the star of several of our holiday baking traditions. Last week I shared one of our all-time favorites, buckeyes — or chocolate peanut butter balls if you’re not from Ohio — on Unsophisticook
Jif wants you to share what ways you incorporate peanut butter into your holiday baking and cooking in the Jif Holiday Spread Contest, which runs through January 17, 2011 for a chance to win a $10,000 kitchen makeover. Enter both savory and sweet dishes. Perhaps you have a killer Thai peanut sauce that you make for your annual New Year’s party, or maybe your peanut butter blossoms are so incredible that no other can compete.
Four lucky Deal Seeking Mom readers will each win a Jif Holiday Gift Pack to help make their entertaining a breeze that includes a Calphalon Gourmet Roaster and a variety of Jif products.

To enter, tell me what ways you use peanut butter over the holidays.
Every reader has four methods available to enter this contest. Choose one each of any combination of method one, two, three, or four for up to a total of 4 entries!!!

We make Buckeyes! I am in TN now but lived in OH as a kid and have family in OH. When moving to TN and hearing peanut butter balls, I always correct to Buckeyes. I also make some peanut butter/oatmeal/chocolate chip cookies.

I love to make stuffed dates. Split date, remove seed, stuff with peanut butter, chill, then dip one end in chocolate of choice. Chill again till ready to serve.

I like to make peanut butter dates (for lack of a better name). Pitted dates, stuffed with creamy peanut butter, and roll the whole thing in sugar (for a little crunch). My mom always made these when I was a kid…Mmmm!

Honestly, just give me a PB sandwich to break up the monotony of all those leftovers but we do bake Peanut Butter cookies sometimes during the holiday season.
