Win-It Wednesday: Gummy Lump Creativity Giveaway (3 Winners!)

February 2, 2011 by Tara Kuczykowski

Join me every week for Win-It Wednesday, with 24-hour giveaways just for you!

Looking for a creative toy to get your child’s imagination moving? Gummy Lump has a wide selection of art and craft supplies, as well as imaginative play sets and more. My personal favorite is the massive selection of Melissa & Doug toys, everything from wood food to jumbo building blocks to massive floor puzzles.

For 2011 they will be posting 300 crafts for preschool-aged kids on the Gummy Lump blog and Facebook page in their 300 Crafts for Kids in 2011 project. It’s a fabulous way to get some great ideas of things to do with your kids throughout the year!

Plus, you’ll be automatically entered to win a weekly giveaway just for posting your completed project from 300 Crafts for Kids on their Facebook page! Projects will be age appropriate and take between 5 and 30 minutes to complete on average using basic art supplies like child safe scissors, stick glue, glitter glue, paintbrushes, watercolor paint, construction paper, cotton balls, sequins, foam stickers (hearts, stars, etc.), pipe cleaners and googly eyes. Oh, and be sure you’re saving your toilet paper and paper towel tubes, too!

Gummy Lump can’t wait to see the projects you create! Good luck and happy crafting!

Three lucky Deal Seeking Mom readers will each win a Gummy Lump Creativity Prize Pack that includes:

  • Melissa & Doug Easel
  • Artist’s Smock
  • Easel Companion Set

To enter, tell me what your one favorite craft to do with your kids or as a kid yourself is.

We love making cards for people – my five year old gets very creative with the drawings; they have to be specific for each person.

I know so many moms who hate it, but I love playing Play-doh with my kids! Creating out of play-doh and then doing it again and again! I also like to make my own using Kool-Aid mix so it smells yummy–it’s like 2 crafts in one.

Hey there — nice to meet you!

I'm Tara: mom of 5 teens/tweens and one 80-lb. Weimaraner, who fancies herself a lap dog. Born and raised in Ohio (GO BUCKS!!!), my fave things include cooking + baking, my JEEP Rubicon, the 4x4 beaches at OBX, and checking out the local craft beer scene...

As you can imagine, all of this puts a good dent in my monthly budget. So I've learned how to save on the things I NEED, so I can spend on the things I WANT.
