We have a 5 yr old Bissell Healthy Home & it is the worse vacuum I have ever owned. Which sucks since I spent about 3months before deciding what vacuum to buy

I am currently using a Dyson animal. It works AWESOME but is not very convenient to carry up and down the stairs to vacuum the upstairs and the basement. The arm doesn’t reach as far as I would like to clean the steps.

I LOVE, LOVE, LOVE my Dyson Animal. But I would is a bit heavy to lug around the house all the time. This stick vacuum would be much more convenient and time saving for daily cleanup (and if I lose the broom, I may lose my reputation as the Wicked tWitch in my house, if you know what I mean).

Um, I would LOVE to get this, because I use the only vacuum we have – a huge honkin’ wet/dry shop vac. The kind that you drag behind you & knock over ironing boards with? Yes. The kind that bursts your eardrums with it’s obscene noise level? Yes. The kind you can suck up paint/water/sand/etc with? That’d be the one.

Right now I use the swiffer vac and I have noticed that it has started to lose suction. I use a vacuum on the floor most often because it picks up the dirt and crumbs that my family leave behind without the hassle of using a broom and dust pan. The swiffer is great because I can mop and vacuum at the same time but as I use it more, the battery life dies and so does the suction.

I use a sears kenmore canister with a hose held together with duct tape. I sooo need a vacuum that actually sucks up dirt!

Hey there — nice to meet you!

I'm Tara: mom of 5 teens/tweens and one 80-lb. Weimaraner, who fancies herself a lap dog. Born and raised in Ohio (GO BUCKS!!!), my fave things include cooking + baking, my JEEP Rubicon, the 4x4 beaches at OBX, and checking out the local craft beer scene...

As you can imagine, all of this puts a good dent in my monthly budget. So I've learned how to save on the things I NEED, so I can spend on the things I WANT.
