We’re taking our girls trick-or-treating at a local shopping village. It’s safe, it’s during daylight hours, it’s only for little kids (no vying with teenagers) and we know one of the shop owners, so there is a good spot for a warm up break.

on sauturday we are carving pumpkins and having pizza and roasting the seeds as well. On Halloween we are starting at Grandma and Grandpa’s house so they can spoil the kids with goodies then out to trick or treat, the first time with both kids.

Very busy weekend! Saturday we have a family reunion and having the kids do a Halloween costume contest and then Sunday we all go over to my sister and bring the candy and the chili and get ready to hand out candy to a minimum of 400-500 kids through the community and us adults also get dressed up to meet the greeters.
