Saturday I’m taking my son to a pig dissection class (snicker – a ‘spooky/gross’ activity that was unintentionally planned for Halloween weekend) with a DD latte and chocolate creme doughnut for me for my wait. After that the whole crew is hitting the pumpkin patch for pumpkins and apple cider. Sunday afternoon is Treat n Feast….grandparents, pictures, trick or treat, chili and snacks. FUN weekend!

We always do my in-laws’ suburban neighborhood (which trick-or-treats the afternoon of the Sunday before Halloween) and then hit our few rural NH neighbors on the actual night. Since Halloween IS a Sunday this year it’s going to be a long day of power trick-or-treating. With a church party the night before, I think my kids are going to have a hard time getting up Monday morning!!!!
