Win-It Wednesday: Bailey Children’s Book Prize Package (4 Winners!)

September 14, 2011 by Deal Seeking Mom

Join me every week for Win-It Wednesday, with 24-hour giveaways just for you!

Meet Bailey, a dog who surprises and charms his fellow human classmates with his irrepressible antics. In this funny new book from the bestselling children’s illustrator Harry Bliss, school proves to be an unexpected place for Bailey to do all sorts of things he loves: reading, fetching, painting, digging, singing — and making friends!

Bailey was a hit with my younger children, especially my 3-year-old who is just starting preschool. He got a huge kick out of the thought of a dog going to school alongside children and loved reading about Bailey’s antics throughout the school day. The illustrations are rich and colorful, and Drew loves to page through the book to look at them all and describe what he thinks is happening.

Today, four lucky Deal Seeking Mom readers will each win a Bailey prize package, including:

  • a copy of Bailey by Harry Bliss
  • a Bailey Lunchbox
  • a $50 Visa Cash card

To enter, tell me about your favorite children’s book to read with your children — or from when you were a child.

I don’t necessarily have a favorite book to read to my son…anything is good. He really likes this book called Puppies. It has moving eyes and I can repeat the book without looking at it. =]

My fav book growing up was
The Bingity Bangity Schoolbus. The old bus ran away and te children who loved him so, rescued him and the grownups had him repaired so he could transport the children again. The book teaches so many positive character traits and responses.

Hey there — nice to meet you!

I'm Tara: mom of 5 teens/tweens and one 80-lb. Weimaraner, who fancies herself a lap dog. Born and raised in Ohio (GO BUCKS!!!), my fave things include cooking + baking, my JEEP Rubicon, the 4x4 beaches at OBX, and checking out the local craft beer scene...

As you can imagine, all of this puts a good dent in my monthly budget. So I've learned how to save on the things I NEED, so I can spend on the things I WANT.
