Bailey was a hit with my younger children, especially my 3-year-old who is just starting preschool. He got a huge kick out of the thought of a dog going to school alongside children and loved reading about Bailey’s antics throughout the school day. The illustrations are rich and colorful, and Drew loves to page through the book to look at them all and describe what he thinks is happening.

    It’s so hard to choose a favorite, it changes weekly, but right now it is “Dog in Boots.” Another cute dog story about a little dog who tries out all kinds of shoes, but finds that his paws are the best for him!

    I adore reading the book “I’ll Love You Forever” to my boys, but since I cannot make it though it without crying, I don’t read it often enough!

    My favorite book is also my oldest son’s favorite book. It is The Spider and The Fly!!! It is a fantastic read and teaches how kids need to think for themselves and not to follow others. This is a wonderful book!

    I am an email subscriber. One of my favorite books as a child was Robert the Rose Horse by Joan Heilbroner (it’s a Dr. Seuss Beginner Book)…now my 22 month old insists on reading it every night as well! The best part is when he reads it again after we are done an points out in the pictures words he knows…to cute :)
