Win-It Wednesday: $500 Linens ‘N Things Shopping Spree + FREE Shipping!

August 25, 2010 by Tara Kuczykowski

Join me every week for Win-It Wednesday. I’ll be posting 24-hour giveaways at 8 a.m., 2 p.m. and 7 p.m. ET to give you plenty of chances to win!

This is a Sponsored Post written by me on behalf of LNT.com. All opinions are 100% mine.

If you had $500 to spend at Linens ‘N Things, where would you start? Me, I’d probably go straight for a nice sheet set. Sheets are one of those items that I don’t replace nearly as often as I should, and treating myself to a luxurious thread count would be divine. Then, because I love to cook, I’d head straight for the kitchen textiles, stocking up on new dishtowels and napkins and all those other things that five kids tend to stain with their spills and random sticky fingers, but that I avoid replacing for far too long.

The new Linens ‘N Things carries a huge range of products, including baby gear to furniture and even scrapbooking supplies! I was amazed at the breadth of products they had available, and I now have a new place to look for Halloween costumes for my kids. With hundreds of items marked down and a huge selection to choose from, I’ll definitely be checking here often for all the household essentials I need.

***Before the end of the month you can save $10 off $50 when you use coupon code AUGWHITE2010 at checkout and take advantage of the $0.99 flat-rate shipping going on now.*** Then, through 9/15 you can get FREE shipping when you use coupon code LNTFREE at checkout! This offer can’t be stacked with other offers, but it can be used with their fabulous sale prices and clearance section.

One lucky Deal Seeking Mom reader will win a $500 Linens ‘N Things Shopping Spree with FREE Shipping!

To enter, tell me what you would get with a $500 Shopping Spree to Linens ‘N Things.

My younglings could definitely use some new sheets and comforters. If anything was left over I’d see about knives for the kitchen.

I’d love sheets that fit my fat mattress! I hate the ones that come up while we are sleeping! Also, some matching towels would be great. Nobody sees, but it is embarrassing to have the mismatched ones out! And, after 27 years, so much of our silverware is gone! Where did it go? I don’t know. And, well, I guess I’ve spent $500.00 already.

I would spend it on re-doing my husband and my bedroom. We spend most of our extra money on our twin daughters, so it would be nice to buy something just for us for change! :)

Oh, new towels would be so wonderful. Ours are 10 years old! And window coverings for my family room – they just have blinds and could really use some curtains to make’em pretty.

The essentials for my 2 girls and us. I managed my family out of a tiny 1 bedroom apartment into a 3 bedroom house on a small income. It didnt leave much room in my budget for furnishings or housewares, but at least my kids had their own ro…om. So if I had $500 for Linens’ N Things I would get good bedding for my kids and some actual pots and pans for my kitchen. Id love to get my 6 year old a desk to do her homework at. Oh and replace my plasticware with something a little more solid. Im very thankful for DSM for helping me save on food and toiletries for my family. I really appreciate all that you do Tara :)

I would buy new kitchen linens and curtains for my bedroom. Right now we have the curtains that were there when we moved in and I think they are hideous.

I think I would get all new bedding for my 4 kids. The younger two have nice matching quilts in their room so maybe just sheets for them. But I would get nice comfortors and sheets for the older two. And if there was enough money left, I would splurge on some luxury sheets for our bed. There is nothing like high quality bedding!

Hey there — nice to meet you!

I'm Tara: mom of 5 teens/tweens and one 80-lb. Weimaraner, who fancies herself a lap dog. Born and raised in Ohio (GO BUCKS!!!), my fave things include cooking + baking, my JEEP Rubicon, the 4x4 beaches at OBX, and checking out the local craft beer scene...
