Win-It Wednesday: $500 Linens ‘N Things Shopping Spree + FREE Shipping!

August 25, 2010 by Tara Kuczykowski

Join me every week for Win-It Wednesday. I’ll be posting 24-hour giveaways at 8 a.m., 2 p.m. and 7 p.m. ET to give you plenty of chances to win!

This is a Sponsored Post written by me on behalf of LNT.com. All opinions are 100% mine.

If you had $500 to spend at Linens ‘N Things, where would you start? Me, I’d probably go straight for a nice sheet set. Sheets are one of those items that I don’t replace nearly as often as I should, and treating myself to a luxurious thread count would be divine. Then, because I love to cook, I’d head straight for the kitchen textiles, stocking up on new dishtowels and napkins and all those other things that five kids tend to stain with their spills and random sticky fingers, but that I avoid replacing for far too long.

The new Linens ‘N Things carries a huge range of products, including baby gear to furniture and even scrapbooking supplies! I was amazed at the breadth of products they had available, and I now have a new place to look for Halloween costumes for my kids. With hundreds of items marked down and a huge selection to choose from, I’ll definitely be checking here often for all the household essentials I need.

***Before the end of the month you can save $10 off $50 when you use coupon code AUGWHITE2010 at checkout and take advantage of the $0.99 flat-rate shipping going on now.*** Then, through 9/15 you can get FREE shipping when you use coupon code LNTFREE at checkout! This offer can’t be stacked with other offers, but it can be used with their fabulous sale prices and clearance section.

One lucky Deal Seeking Mom reader will win a $500 Linens ‘N Things Shopping Spree with FREE Shipping!

To enter, tell me what you would get with a $500 Shopping Spree to Linens ‘N Things.

Just splurge and spend the money replacing my antique blinds in the livingroom and dining room with Roman Shades.

I’d definitely go for the sheets, but then I’d head for the knives. My set is okay, but a nice set of knives would be wonderful!

I would be in heaven with this !!!! I’d do the same as you & go straight for the sheets! Then I’d head over to the softest bath towels I could find. I’m such a good deal finder I could probably re-do my whole bathroom, bedding, kitchen cabinets-like utensils and some cute home decor items :)

Wow – where do I start?

My formal living room curtains are literally threadbare…so I would start there…then I would replace the curtains (left by previous owner) with bamboo blinds in the bedroom…new luxurious towels for the bathroom…bar mops for the kitchen (love them and you can bleach them clean every time)… ahhh to dream!

THANKS Tara for the opportunity to win! Melissa

If I won the $500 shopping spree, I would definitely purchase a set of Wustoff Knives and a Kitchen Aid Mixer. I bought a cheaper knive set from Walmart to have some for my apartment because I knew that I would have friends over and need to cook in my closet-size kitchen a few years ago and they have rust on them. Embarrassing, yes, but when I moved to Baltimore from the West Coast all I had were textbooks and some clothes.

Thanks for all the great offers you pass on!

Hey there — nice to meet you!

I'm Tara: mom of 5 teens/tweens and one 80-lb. Weimaraner, who fancies herself a lap dog. Born and raised in Ohio (GO BUCKS!!!), my fave things include cooking + baking, my JEEP Rubicon, the 4x4 beaches at OBX, and checking out the local craft beer scene...

As you can imagine, all of this puts a good dent in my monthly budget. So I've learned how to save on the things I NEED, so I can spend on the things I WANT.
