Win-It Wednesday: $500 Linens ‘N Things Shopping Spree + FREE Shipping!

August 25, 2010 by Tara Kuczykowski

Join me every week for Win-It Wednesday. I’ll be posting 24-hour giveaways at 8 a.m., 2 p.m. and 7 p.m. ET to give you plenty of chances to win!

This is a Sponsored Post written by me on behalf of LNT.com. All opinions are 100% mine.

If you had $500 to spend at Linens ‘N Things, where would you start? Me, I’d probably go straight for a nice sheet set. Sheets are one of those items that I don’t replace nearly as often as I should, and treating myself to a luxurious thread count would be divine. Then, because I love to cook, I’d head straight for the kitchen textiles, stocking up on new dishtowels and napkins and all those other things that five kids tend to stain with their spills and random sticky fingers, but that I avoid replacing for far too long.

The new Linens ‘N Things carries a huge range of products, including baby gear to furniture and even scrapbooking supplies! I was amazed at the breadth of products they had available, and I now have a new place to look for Halloween costumes for my kids. With hundreds of items marked down and a huge selection to choose from, I’ll definitely be checking here often for all the household essentials I need.

***Before the end of the month you can save $10 off $50 when you use coupon code AUGWHITE2010 at checkout and take advantage of the $0.99 flat-rate shipping going on now.*** Then, through 9/15 you can get FREE shipping when you use coupon code LNTFREE at checkout! This offer can’t be stacked with other offers, but it can be used with their fabulous sale prices and clearance section.

One lucky Deal Seeking Mom reader will win a $500 Linens ‘N Things Shopping Spree with FREE Shipping!

To enter, tell me what you would get with a $500 Shopping Spree to Linens ‘N Things.

    August 25, 2010 at 4:12 pm

Oh, there are so many things! Probably bedding first – my husband and I (and our youngest, newly graduated to a big girl bed) are all using old blankets that don’t match anything since we don’t have the money for new ones.

  22. TAMARA SEELEY

    August 25, 2010 at 4:12 pm

I would begin by replacing every sheet, blanket, towel, washcloth, and comforter in my little 3 bedroom house. If there were money left I would likely purchase the same for my little sister’s house:)

  23. Kalena

    August 25, 2010 at 4:13 pm

I’d buy new bedding for our bed and sheets for my son’s big boy bed.

  24. Christy

    August 25, 2010 at 4:14 pm

We just bought our first house so I can think of many, many things to buy! I would probably start off in the same place as you and get a nice sheet set. Then I would get new towels and bathroom decor, and maybe some new curtains and rods. That would be amazing!

  25. Diana B

    August 25, 2010 at 4:15 pm

I would get a new sharp knife set and some new pots and pans. I’d also get a rug to put underneath the dining room table if I could afford it.

  26. Jessica Ridout

    August 25, 2010 at 4:16 pm

I would first buy a new featherbed for our King sized bed, one for my son, because he sleeps better in our bed than in his own and I think that might help, nicer sheet set and the car comforter for my son, once my new baby arrives in February, I could pick our new bedding for the baby, whether it needs to be blue or pink, we wouldn’t know until then, new darkening blinds for our bedrooms, especially for my son to nap (he always asks for me to turn the sun off! haha), and a dustbuster to clean up after my toddler son dropping food on the floor. Something I always have wanted, but never had the extra money to purchase for myself. I sure hope I win, because it would help me out tremendously :)

    August 25, 2010 at 4:16 pm

I’d kill to win this. I’d probably buy some sheets (we have crappy ones and bedbugs – oh my!) and a few better protectors than the ones we have!

  28. MaryEllen

    August 25, 2010 at 4:16 pm

I’d love to find some new rugs for my house!

  29. Karen F.

    August 25, 2010 at 4:17 pm

Being a single Mom who has gotten out of a domestically violent relationship… I would use the shopping spree for just about everything!! I couldnt take much with me when I left…. Good Luck to all!!

    August 25, 2010 at 4:17 pm

I would totally redo my bedroom…new bedding, nice curtains and maybe some furniture. If I had any leftover, I would add new bedding in my kid’s rooms too! What an awesome prize!!!

I'm Tara: mom of 5 teens/tweens and one 80-lb. Weimaraner, who fancies herself a lap dog. Born and raised in Ohio (GO BUCKS!!!), my fave things include cooking + baking, my JEEP Rubicon, the 4x4 beaches at OBX, and checking out the local craft beer scene...
