Win-It Wednesday: $50 Walmart Gift Cards from Waverly by Hefty (2 Winners!)

December 15, 2010 by Tara Kuczykowski 1,341 Comments

Join me every week for Win-It Wednesday, with 24-hour giveaways just for you!

I’m not ashamed to say that I love to cook… but I really hate the cleanup process when all is said and done. I frequently enlist the help of my husband and children for assistance with the dishes, but when it comes to holiday dinners, I’m not above a little disposable tableware — especially when it’s as cute and festive as the new Waverly Tableware line from Hefty!

And Waverly Tableware isn’t just another pretty paper plate. It’s durable and price-friendly, making it perfect for holiday entertaining. Find it exclusively at Walmart right now, and be sure to print this hot coupon to save even more.

Right now you can grab a B2G1 Waverly Tableware printable on Facebook!

Spend more time with your family and friends at your holiday gathering and less time in the kitchen with Waverly!

Two lucky Deal Seeking Mom readers will each win a $50 Walmart Gift Card courtesy of Waverly Tableware by Hefty.

To enter, tell me what kinds of holiday gatherings do you have planned between now and New Year’s.

We have our annual Christmas party this weekend for my side of the family. My mother, my 3 sisters, 1 brother and all spouses, boyfriends, nieces, nephews & grandchildren will be there. One of my Mom’s kids decide to be the host/hostess for the party. We then make a dinner menu and each of us brings an item; “pot luck style”. It’s a lot fun and we all get to see each other and enjoy each others stories about the year.

I’m still waiting to make plans for Christmas…there are too many people involved in the decision making and no one wants to make a decision!

We don’t live in the same state as our family but we are having friends come by for Christmas dinner and a small New Year’s Eve gathering.

I don’t have any holiday gatherings planned, sadly. I was hoping for my friend to come visit from Kansas but I haven’t heard from her so I am thinking that is not happening anymore. Maybe my mom will do something nice. I don’t really have local people with whom to celebrate. :(

The only gathering we are having is the day after Christmas, our family of 5, my mother and father in law, my grandmother in law and my sister in law, her husband and two children are going to get together to do a christmas gift exchange.

Celebrating family Christmas the Monday after out of town, that’s about it. Small family and most live far away. Plus 8 mo pregnant so not traveling far away.

    Holiday gatherings:
A small office party on the 23rd
An intimate dinner with my DH, children, and my parents on Christmas Eve.
Christmas Day with my children, parents, sister and her family, and my “inherited” daughter.
The day after Christmas with the in-laws!
NYE with our best friends – sitting by the fire and playing our new trivial pursuit game (which I believe is just a game that an intelligent, yet devious person created to make the rest of us feel extremely inferior. Not to mention it forces one to question why the hell we spent all that money on college!)

Hey there — nice to meet you!

I'm Tara: mom of 5 teens/tweens and one 80-lb. Weimaraner, who fancies herself a lap dog. Born and raised in Ohio (GO BUCKS!!!), my fave things include cooking + baking, my JEEP Rubicon, the 4x4 beaches at OBX, and checking out the local craft beer scene...

As you can imagine, all of this puts a good dent in my monthly budget. So I've learned how to save on the things I NEED, so I can spend on the things I WANT.
