    I love Benihana. I used to go occasionally with my office mates for a special lunch out when I was working. But since I quit working when our son was born, it has been over seven years … I’m long overdue for a trip to Benihana!

    We ate at a Japanese steak house on Christmas Eve last year. It was good and a lot of fun. I ended up giving my little nephew half my steak in return for most of his chicken with had a yummy sauce he didn’t think was very yummy. My older nephew, meanwhile, had fun joking around with the chef.

    I have not been to Benihana’s, but I have been to a Japanese Steakhouse before with my extended family. It was soo much fun!! Loved that the meal was an “experience”. I know that sounds hokey, but it’s an active meal–a great memory. I liked that we could get all 12 of us around the table/grill/performance area and still have room. I LOVED catching the shrimp mid-air and the laughs and jokes that came with it all. AND the food was uber-tasty, too!
