My husband and I just bought our first house and the previous owner cut corners in their re-dos. When they pulled down the wallpaper, it left a lot of glue on the walls, but rather than fix it, they just painted over it. The walls look uneven and horrible! We are going to have to sand the whole room, patch spots, and repaint.
