Home Depot is my favorite store to shop at for DIY projects, and we’ve often purchased Home Depot gift cards for our family members because it’s a fun and easy gift idea. After all, they have something for everyone!
Home Depot gift cards are a great idea for the do-it-herself-ers and handymen on your gift lists, and if you’re scrambling for some last minute ideas, this is a great solution! This year The Home Depot has 17 holiday gift card styles to choose from, including a scratch-n-sniff gingerbread man that can be decorated with stickers and a card that looks and feels like it is covered with the handyman’s wrapping paper – duct tape.
Maybe a gift card is too impersonal for you and you’re still struggling to come up with new holiday gift ideas? This year, leave the sweaters and fruit baskets behind and get the do-it-yourselfer in your life a selection of great tools, which can be affordable and practical gifts that last for years and never go out of style. The Home Depot offers hundreds of tools and home improvement products ensuring that you’ll find appropriate gifts for the new homeowner, weekend warrior or experienced pro. Featured in the photos below are the new Ryobi® Lithium-Ion 4 Piece 12V Kit (Price: $149, SKU 285-630) and the new Makita 10.8V Li-Ion 2 Piece Cordless Combo Kit (Price: $179, SKU 637-212).

Like a lot of other folks, I’d buy paint, too. We desperately need to do something to our drab walls.

We have some unfinished projects that need to be done at our house that we need some plywood for. My husband is building me a cabinet to put all of my stock up items in. We are sort of disorganized right now and would love to start out the year getting organized. We also need some stain to finish the toy box my husband built for all the new Christmas items and to finish the railing he built down to our basement. With all budgets being tight that would really help us finish these projects. Thanks for the opportunity! I love you blog!

I need some color in my bathroom. We decided on white when we built our home because it always looks so clean! We have been in our home for 13 years and I have never repainted our bathroom. Help us add a little color to our lives!!!! We need a great color paint and all of the necessary tools!

We need new entry way and hallway ceiling light fixtures. The ones that were here when we bought the house just look like bad 80s fixtures!

I would definitely buy a new belt sander – but I don’t know what I’d do with all the money I’d have left over. Maybe I’d just wander the aisles to find inspiration for my next project!!

I’d buy a couple of cases of Grenoble ceiling tiles to fix my hallway and bathroom ceilings that were water damaged by a leaky roof. Got the roof fixed but, haven’t gotten around to the ceilings.
Thanks for the giveaway!
