    I would buy new vertical blinds for my living room and bedroom. They are the same ones that came with the house when I bought it over five years ago. There are some missing and a few even have holes in them (which I didn’t do). Also, since I am a single mom, a few good tools would come in handy, most of all an electric screwdriver.
