I printed out one of these & i’ll try to use it tomorrow at Walmart but somehow I think they will question this coupon. It says off of 2 crackers, the purchase you suggest are cookies. I know it’s a small difference but Walmart has really started cracking down on internet coupons. The picture on this coupon is Ritz crackers and that’s another thing Walmart has started doing, matching the picture to what you are buying and refusing the coupon if it doesn’t match. I’m willing to try though, worse they can do is say no eh? =)

The coupon isn’t in inserts, it’s a printable coupon Denise, the link is up above. :)

Not to be sarcastic, but you could easily argue that they are animal “crackers” You can always win with the wording, a lot of coupons could never picture every item that they are able to be used on. Nabisco makes a lot of crackers, it would be ridiculous for Walmart to only believe this coupon to be used on Ritz.

Also not to be sarcastic, but the box does say “animal crackers” right on it, to give yourself some footage :)

I have a Mac and I’m unable to print these coupons (the Quaker Oats as well). Any idea why? I installed the print driver. I used Firefox. No luck. It goes to a blank white screen.

    Kim,
I am on MAC as well. In the middle of the URL you’ll see =wi&0= Change wi to xs and it should work just fine. Have fun :)

Love your site. I read it all the time. Just wanted to let you know right now at Safeway you can buy 5 boxes or more of Nabisco crackers for $6. If you print three coupons you could get six boxes free or print 2 and get 5 boxes for $1!

This may be harsh, but I think the cashiers/managers are morons when they try to keep you from buying something when it’s not pictured on the coupon. That has happened to me before and it is dumb because like the post above me says, the manufacturer can’t put a picture of every single item that the coupon could work for!

    Sheesh!

Regarding coupons and items pictured on them…had the same argument w/ a Wags mgr…couldn’t believe what was being said. It said ‘foundation’, I was buying ‘foundation’ but my type wasn’t in the photo. It was ridiculous.

I read (and I cannot remember where- if’s it was here, please forgive me) regarding this exact issue and a customer said she tells cashiers essentually that we go by the wording, not just the pictures as we stopped reading by pictures as children (sorry, bad paraphrase!) But it’s true. ;-)

…found it! Sorry I butchered it so badly!

”As I tell the cashiers and managers, “The coupons doesn’t list specific products, it says ANY and we stopped picture reading in pre-school.”

Regarding the Post-It notes. If the coupon is for $1 off of 1….how will this work to get two for free? Will then scan both items, then give $1 off to get them both for free? To me, that sounds like you would need a $1 off of 2 coupon to get them both for free. Maybe I am just missing something or reading it wrong?? :)

Kelly, Walmart gives overage, so you can apply the whole dollar to your order. But in general registers match coupons up to the total amount sold for the item in question, which is helpful to know when you’re trying to avoid having a coupon beep at stores that do not give overage.

Used 4 of these coupons today, they beeped and the cashier said that is not the item pictured on the coupon. I pointed out that the coupon states “ANY NABISCO CRACKERS” then showed her the box where it also said NABISCO CRACKERS so she agreed and had to overrride it. Good luck!

Success at Walmart w/ my coupon, but the checker I went to knows me very very well. The coupon did beep, and she asked if I bought 2 Ritz’s. I said the coupon was for any Nabisco & I bought 2 animal crackers so she put it through. I’m still not sure what another checker would have done, this Walmart has gotten HUGELY picky in the last month. I let them search and question because I know I’m redeeming them properly. :) p.s. Walmart also has the ”Duck” brand packing tape for $1.08 & if you google $1 Duck coupon you can print them & get the packing tape for .08 cents!

Hi i went to Wal-mart looking for the post-its and ask the lady there she said that they were clearance just before Christmas. That the single packs were at registers and they clearance them for $0.25, but you’ll store might still have.
