Walmart: Finish Quantumatic only $1.99

July 20, 2010 by Heather @ Passion for Savings 15 Comments

Walmart has the Finish Quantumatic  on rollback for just $4.99 right now. Combine it with a $3/1 coupon to get it for only $1.99!

Finish Quantumatic, $4.99
$3/1 Finish Quantumatic Detergent Dispenser System printable

$3/1 Finish Quantumatic Dispenser System, exp. 9-5-10 (SS 07/18/10)
$1.99 ea. after coupon!

This product used to be priced around $10 so I am glad to see that this has come down to a reasonable price. Has anyone tried these out yet? What did you think?

They’re kind of a pain to get in just right but once you do it works great. It’s one of the few detergents that don’t leave a yucky film with our hard water and $1.99 for 12 washes isn’t too terrible.

I got two at RA when they were free few weeks ago and it was the first time I’d tried them. They’re easy to use and hassle free, but I probably wouldn’t buy them if they weren’t free or super cheap (just because I can find good deals on Cascade that will last longer). Good product, though!

I like the product, but not the price. I like the convinience of just putting it in and not have to add dishwasher detergent. I found, it worked well. However, for the price not worth it for the simple reason that you can only get 12 washes out of it.

I got the free one at RA as well and it did not work AT ALL!! I ended up running a couple of loads twice but then the detergent still did not come out all the way, perhaps I did not have things lined up right. I ended up throwing the remaining product out and writing to Finish to express my thoughts on the failed product.

I like it! I bought one for super cheap at Publix a few weeks ago and just now started using it. It’s easy to use and makes it easier to do the dishes! I was worried it wouldn’t actually clean my dishes as good as the Cascade Complete but it works great! But I agree….I wouldn’t buy it on a regular basis unless it was super cheap because it does only have 12 washes.

I got it at target for 2.00 after coupons so I figured I would try it. It did not work AT ALL. The instructions say you have to put it on the top rack to use and it didnt seem to wash anything on the bottom rack. Everything also had some sort of gritty film on it. I wouldn’t waste the money even after the coupons.

Also, after you use it once, it has to “cool down” before using again, so if you have a lot of dishes, you can’t run the dishwasher for almost another hour.

Purchased mine at Rite Aid when they where free and I love it. I like the no spots on cups and dishes. I was really worried they would be hard to find for free or almost free. Thanks for the heads up at Wal Mart. Will check this week when I go.

These just look like another gadget that I don’t need. I have a dispenser for soap, so why would I need something with refills that are expensive? Seems like overkill to me.

Thanks for the comments. I was going to purchase my first one with the coupon but after reading your opinions I think I will pass on this one.

I got mine at Walmart and I love it. It does a great job of washing my dishes…it’s so much easier for my kids to use when they do the dishes too…I don’t have to worry about them putting too much or not enough Cascade. I think I’m going to keep buying these….

Our Walmart (Indianola, Iowa) had them in the clearance isle for $3.00. So I was happy to get one for free!
