You’re right, Karen. I keep thinking of this as more of an RR than a free coupon. I was thinking you’d be able to use a second $1 in conjunction with it, but that’s not the case.

I plan on using my free coupon today. When I use it I was going to pick up another item with RRs. Is the Softsoap coupon and RR, therefore knocking out any other RRs?

You can still get RR for other items when you use the Softsoap reward. For example, I bought a Softsoap and a ChapStick Shimmer. I had a RR for a free Softsoap. In return, I received another Softsoap RR, and a 2.00 RR for the Chapstick. In a separate purchase, I got another Softsoap and the Skintimate. I used the Softsoap RR and the 2.00 RR from the Chapstick. I paid 1.41, and got a 3.00 RR and another Softsoap RR. Can’t Beat It!!

I am sitting this one out… i stocked up on Showerstuff for Hubbie last week at Double Coupon at Kmart, and did the rolling Irish Spring Deal at WG last time. Plus the Dove Soap one… we re running out of storage..lol. Lets see how quick they are catching on this time….

I went today and was able to roll it a few times. The last time I used it, I didnt get the rolling coupon. I wasn’t looking so I’m not sure if I got it, and they kept it OR it just didnt print out??? I was able to get 4 which is plenty to donate.

i have a question if anyone knows, can you combine walgreens coupons with manufacture coupons? the dawn soap is on sale for .99 cents and i have a coupon for $1 off and same with th renyolds aluminum foil. just wanted to know before i go to the store. thanks

When I went to the store today, the rr printed for the Softsoap that I got free, but the cashier refused to give it too me saying it was a glitch in the system. So I only got 1 free.

Yep sadly this morning i went with my husband (and baby) and got 4 and just paid for the first one but since i have to pay one by one to get the free softsoap rr and it was taking soo long i felt sorry for the peopple waiting so i just quit it and went home , came back an hour ago and the sistem dont give you another rr when you pay with rr.

I got 6 at 4 different stores between last night and this morning. At about 1:00 when I tried at the last store, they tore up the one that printed, saying it was a glitch and that they were currently fixing it. I don’t mind that they changed the deal on us, but ripping up my coupon in front of me seems kind of rude, after all I’m just doing the deal as they set it up.

I got my coupon this morning 3/31 at 0800. However, they are NOT ROLLING at my store because I didn’t get another one. Oh well, with the one RR I got and the 2 coupons I used, it ended up being .75/ea anyway, which is a decent price.

Congrats to all who used this deal in moderation. Apparently at my Wags of choice, a lady came in Monday and got about 40 free and wiped out inventory until Thursday. To me, this seems shameful. I said, “Well maybe she’ll at least donate some of them.” The manager seemed to think otherwise. I don’t know how she could ever show her face there again.
