All of the clipping services are sold out of the Bayer coupons and they are getting a little outrageous on ebay. I would hate to lay out $20 + for 10 coupons and find out that Wags is out of stock!

Also, what are the RR for the Neosporin? The RR amounts aren’t listed. Thanks :)

I just bought 10/$20 on eBay with free shipping. The way I see it, $20 in exchange for a $45 profit sounds ok, not to mention a variety of rr scenarios to make it even more profitable :) although the 20 coupons for $40 sounded rather tempting ($90 profit) I’ll stick to 10 for now…. Now that Pinecone Research is linked to PayPal, my payments end up paying for the qps I buy there… Happy eBay-ing!

P.S. The same thing happened with the clipping service when that Luriderm moneymaker came around… Good luck DSM readers!

I was able to get 44 meters over 3 days. I paid $1.20 per coupon. Nice profits for me to utilize for my family and many, many diabetics will benefit from a free meter. I too, will take advantage of the current RR deals to get an even bigger bang for my buck!

Elena…you may want to double check which Bayer coupons you bought, sounds like you bought the test strip coupons. The ones for the meter’s are $30….hope you bought the right one’s =)

    Hi Katie,

Yes, I did this deal twice tonight and it does work. You have to buy both of the meters:
    Buy (1) Bayer Contour Meter at $14.99 (UPC: 3 0193 715101 9)
    Buy (1) Bayer Breeze Meter at $14.99 (UPC: 3 0193 144001 0)
You’ll actually get 3 RR’s, $5 for contour, $5 for breeze, and $3 for purchasing 2 Bayer products.

I appreciate all your amazing finds DSM!!

If the meters are out of stock on the shelf ask the pharmacy staff if they have any in stock. I was able to find many there while the sales shelf was empty. Many stores have a small sidewing display for the meters too. Happy Hunting:)

I read elsewhere that when you purchase 1 Bayer Contour meter and 1 Bayer Breeze2 meter AND a bottle of Flinestone vitamins OR One-A-Day vitamins OR Citracal you will get $16 in RR (2 $5 for the meters and 1 $6 for purchasing 6 Bayer products in one transaction). I’m definitely going to try this today. Wish me luck!

i just bought 2 of the neosporin lip therapy tubs. they did ring at $8.00 and i used 2 of the $ 3.00 off coupons. so i paid $ 2.00 for both – not bad. however,,, since i am still new to the whole RR deal, i walked out without the $ 3RR that was advertised.

    so –

will the RR’s not print if you use coupons?
regardless, i should remember to ask about the RR’s beforehand so as to not forget…

Is there anywhere to check what monthly deals are available at my wags? I’m in the Detroit area, and we get shorted on lots of the good weekly deals. The closest one to me isn’t very good at keeping all the monthly deals posted by the items, either. :( Would be nice if there’s a way to check online before I head out!

    Thanks!

Do you have to buy BOTH meters to get a RR? Or could you just buy one and still make $5? I only have one coupon for $30 off

Okay so tonight I went to Walgreens and answered my own question. I bought the Bayer Coutour on sale for $14.99 and used the coupon from 10/25 so the meter was free and then I got $5 back in RR. Yay!!! I guess I miss out on the $3 combo RR…oh well!

Sorry I missed your question earlier, MommyPaine! As far as I know the deal is still working, but if you only purchased one meter you wouldn’t qualify for the $3 combo purchase RR.

Jennifer, thanks for looking out. I meant to say I bought 10 ($30/1) coupons for $20 plus free s/h. And yes they are for the meters… :)

If I buy a monthly register rewards item before it’s formally advertised in a weekly insert, do you know if I will still get the RR?

Yes, you will still receive the RRs. It’s possible that some of the monthly items are never formally advertised.
