When I tried to do this deal the last time it was available, the wouldn’t take the coupon unless I bought two body wash because the coupon value was for more than the purchase price — making it 2/$2. They wouldn’t adjust the value of the coupon like other retailers, they said, because they get reimbursed the PRINTED value, regardless of what amount they redeem it for — “which isn’t fair to anyone.” So YMMV on this deal. Not sure if that’s Walgreens policy or this particular manager’s interpretation of the policy.

Not gonna lie, a little more trouble than it’s worth. I had a TON of these coupons when they were doing nivea 2/$5 a couple weeks ago, and the manager was cool about coming in and overriding it for me, but backed up the line and had to talk the cashier into it who was just like “Sorry, we can’t take it, it’s over the product value…” If it’s on sale at Walmart for $3 (not for me) then go there instead…

If you have a rite aid nearby then use the coupon starting sunday. It will be on sale for $3.99 and get back $1 +up reward so it’s free after coupon and +up!

Every Walgreens I’ve gone to here has refused to accept coupons whose value is over the amount of the item (making it free). I’ve mentioned their coupon policy posted on their website, but the managers and cashiers continue to refuse to accept. One time, an Assistant Manager even threaten to fire his employee after I mentioned that I had been able to use a coupon in the past that made the item free all the person did was price adjusted the coupon. Walgreens Customer Service Chat says there’s nothing they can do for me to contact their Customer Relations Dept, and I had contacted them via email. It’s been 2 weeks. I haven’t heard a word from them. I’m refusing to go back to that Walgreens again.

I didn’t see them onsale at walgreens this a.m. in Indiana. My walgreens will price down after they posted their policy online.

Indiana as well….they are not on sale! Not in central or southern. I am venturing to guess they are not on sale, but would like for someone to prove me wrong. It is not even listed in the circular. I think someone jumped the gun!
