It looks like the Triminic coupon is now $1.50/1. Also, where do you get the Healthy Savings booklet? I have the September coupon booklet and the coupons from the activity book, but I don’t have a Triminic coupon in either of those. Thanks!

The Healthy Savings booklet is generally near the pharmacy. You might try asking if they have it behind the counter if you don’t see it sitting out somewhere.

Thanks for letting me know about the Triaminic!

Shannon, My stores have the “healthy savings” booklet right in the rack near the front door where they keep the weekly ads so you might try looking there first. Gotta look closely as the September coupons books are also right there and they get mixed up!

I found the Healthy Savings booklet hidden underneath fliers for flu shots. Hope that helps!

I tried the Triaminic printable this morning and it says that there are no print campaigns available. Guess I missed it…darn and I like to keep this stuff around for sniffles and sneezes, which my kids seem to always have! I will scope out the Healthy Savings Booklet.

There’s a coupon for Listerine Total Care that will make it free

and yes, it will work at Walgreens, it’s a manufacturer’s coupon.

I did a Linky, but thought I’d mention it here, too: One Walgreens near me is offering fancy Ghirardelli chocolate bars for just 15 cents each after coupon. Hershey’s Bliss was priced at 22 cents and other candy was on clearance as well. Yum! https://mopping.blogspot.com/2009/09/wags-possible-chocolate-deal.html

Does anyone know if you need 2 coupons for Triaminic from the Healthy Savings booklets…or will 1 coupon give you $2 off both packages? Usually Walgreens coupons say “limit 3” for example, so you don’t need a separate coupon for each item, but it doesn’t make any reference to that on this particular coupon.

Wendy–The coupon from the healthy savings book for $2/1 Triaminic automatically doubles at the register so you only need one coupon to get $4 off of your 2 Triaminic products. I also asked the cashier for the coupon back since it was a Walgreens coupon and she gave it right back to me. I wanted it back in case I run into any Triaminic on a Walgreens clearance rack as others have said they found at their stores.

    HI there,
I went to Walgreens to buy the tp, triaminic, and listerine. The listerine was not labeled to be on sale, nor did it have any info regarding r rewards. I asked some sales people and they said that it was probably regional and it wasn’t on sale there. They didn’t scan anything. What do you think? I live in MI. Do you think maybe it’s on sale and they did not post the signs? Thanks, Margaret P.S. They wouldn’t take my coupon for the tp because they said the discount already happened and I only received $5 back in rewards for the triaminic. Oh well. MML

Margaret, the Listerine is located on Page 5 of my ad. Check yours online to see if it’s the same.

I have a question about Walgreens. I was there the other day, and picked up 6 items of the Garnier hair products at 3/$10 totaling my purchase to $20 bringing me a $10RR. I had a total of 21 RRs so after I added a few other things, my total was a little over the 21. But when I went to use my RRs, the cashier told me I can only use three coupons/RRs for items on sale. I had probably 6 or 7 RRs that totaled to $21. She tried to use them all, and it worked, but she told me I can’t do it again. Anybody know, is that true? Was that something I wasn’t allowed to do?

Rose – the cashier was wrong. You are allowed to use 1 RR or manufacturer coupon per item. If you bought 7 items, then you should be able to use 7 RRs as long as you’re not using other coupons as well and your RRs don’t exceed your total due. Sounds like you had it right if the register accepted all of them!
