I was in walmart yesturday and they have a better deal on all. They have all in the seasonal section 40 load bottles for $2.50 and on the regular isle there are tags on the bottles for $1.00 of any all over 30 loads. This makes the all $1.50 Great Deal!!!!

Also there is a coupon for the Huggies wipes 64ct tubs. They will work for the $2.00 Back to School instore-coupons. They are $3.99-$2.00 BTS coupon making them $1.99. I also had some $0.50 and $0.75 coupons for wipes making them as low as $1.24 each.

Walgreens also has a monthly Register Reward going on Crest Toothpaste. They were on an endcap with samples of Crest Pro Health attached and marked at 2/$5 with a $2 RR. I used 2 $1Q from the 8/2 PG insert to get them basically at $0.50 each. To my surprise, inside the trial sample packages of Crest ProHealth were coupons for more Crest products totalling over $10 including $7 off Crest Whitestrips, $1 off Crest Rinse, $1 off Oral B toothbrush, $1 off Glide floos and $0.75 off crest toothpaste. And the best part is that these coupons don’t expire until 07/01/2011! Well worth the $0.50 I spent!

I was able to purchase 1 of the activity books by the pharmacy for .99 and my local cashiers (believe it or not) are scanning the coupons just like they do the in ad or IVC coupons and returning them to me to use over and over!!! And I think they are good until like January or something. I got a total of 12 Neosporins so far today (.5 oz and “to go”) . For every 2 that I by, they ring up 4.26 with no manufacturer’s coupons taken into acct. (although I did have 2 .50 Qs and 2 $1 ones that I used) then I get back a $4 RR. I was able to use up some $3 RRs that I had from an earlier deal, too!!! Also, they are scarce, but I have picked up 3 of the 64 ct. Huggies wipes for 2.79 each minus 2.00 Q in the Back to School flyer minus .75 coupon that I received in the mail resulting in .04 wipes + tax! Good day!Off topic — have any of you purchased the discounted photo stamp software? I am hesitant to buy b/c it shows 42 cent postage on the front and I want to make sure that I can purchase postage at the current rate using the software.

Samantha- Great deals! I’ll be on the look out for those coupon books. Regarding the stamp software, I’ve bought several kits and have even ordered and received one. The gift code inside is good for 20 stamps at whatever the current rate is, I believe it says that on the box is small print. I didn’t use the software but ordered on stamps.com, used the code, and I received my .44 stamps no problem! I believe you can also create other denominations (like if you mail a lot to Canada) and the gift code will give you a $20 or so discount on the postage cost. Pretty neat!

    Krista,
Thanks so much for letting me know about the stamp software; I wouldn’t have taken the chance without knowing it would work at the current rate!!! =) Planning to make stamps with my daughter’s pic for our Christmas cards this year!

Hey there — nice to meet you!

I'm Tara: mom of 5 teens/tweens and one 80-lb. Weimaraner, who fancies herself a lap dog. Born and raised in Ohio (GO BUCKS!!!), my fave things include cooking + baking, my JEEP Rubicon, the 4x4 beaches at OBX, and checking out the local craft beer scene...

As you can imagine, all of this puts a good dent in my monthly budget. So I've learned how to save on the things I NEED, so I can spend on the things I WANT.
