You might remember that a few months ago we had the opportunity to try one of the Walgreens Brand Health & Wellness Products. I chose Wal-Zyr (has the same active ingredients as Zyrtec) for my son who was recently diagnosed with allergies, and we’ve been very pleased with how effective it has been for him.
While I can occasionally find good deals on brand name allergy products, I love that Wal-Zyr is regularly priced at about half the price of Zyrtec, making this a reliable way to stretch my budget regularly. This is also perfect for those of you that don’t like to fuss with coupons! Plus I feel good knowing that purchases support bringing preventive wellness services to local communities through the Walgreens Way to Well Fund™.

My favorite Walgreens brand item is their diapers, but since that’s a baby item, I’m not sure it counts. The other product that we always purchase is their omeprazole, works just as good as Prilosec and much cheaper – plus you can usually get it on a deal too!

Since I live in Florida and use sunscreen like regular lotion (since I have already had skin cancer twice at the age of 32), I absolutely love the Walgreen’s sunscreen!! It does an awesome job of protecting my fair skin from the harmful rays of the sun without costing me an arm and a leg!!

We just bought the Wal-Zyr this week for our son. Just like you said, it seems to be the same as Zyrtec at a fraction of the price (on sale this week for $4.99 a bottle!!) We also use Walgreens diapers for the same son. Good quality and cheaper than others!
