Walgreens: $5 Off $25 Printable Coupon

August 25, 2009 by Tara Kuczykowski 7 Comments

Walgreens $5 off $25 Coupons
Walgreens just released a new $5 off $25 purchase printable coupon! This will be valid in-store only Wednesday 8/26 through Saturday 8/29.

Note the fine print: Purchase amount of $25 or more must be before taxes and after all manufacturer and Walgreens coupons and discounts. Limit one coupon per customer per offer.

Not all stores enforce the $25 total after coupons, but it pays to be aware of this beforehand!

Check out the Walgreens Weekly Deals to plan your scenarios. What are your plans for this great coupon?

Thanks, Melissa!

Sweet, I haven’t made my Wags trip this week yet & my store takes the $5 off before coupons. Last time they did this, I managed to get close to $30 for less than $10 after my coupons & RRs.

The best tip that helps me to do my laundry faster is to sort and pretreat with shout to hit the stains before they set in. I also bought the new bounce bar that you stick in your dryer states last 2 months no more dryer sheets and no static cling. I bought a label maker and print out a label to remind me when the bar needs to be replaced.

The Wags coupon that is pulling up expired August 8th. Any clue where the new one is?

I’m not sure what happened on their end, but that’s the correct link. Maybe check back later to see if they fix it.

Whoa, I was at wags last night and at my stores you CAN’T use the $5/$25 if your total falls below the $25.00 amount because the register automatically voided the $5.00 back off so this is a change from the usual way it worked as I have never had a problem in weeks past. My total was something like $27.00 and the cashier took off the $5.00 coupon first, next she entered all my coupons and RR and when she put the last coupon in my total was down to something like $7.00 and then the register “beeped” and the words “$5 coupon voided” came up on the screen and when she sub-totaled my new total was $12.00! She called a manager and the manager said it was a “new” policy and the registers enforce the rule. I said “that punishes people who use coupons and RR”, and the manager agreed with me that it does punish those who coupon. So basically the $5/$25 coupon is worthless to me from now on unless it is on a larger priced item that I have no coupon for.
