Are your mugs safe for microwave and dishwaser? I would not like it if the photo came off in the dishwashe.

This website is a scam. I was on a site called listia and in order to receive over 3,000 credits i had to purchase a photo mug from this site. I have bought and paid for the mug and have never received it. Paid for in October 2012 and it is now February 08, 2013.
