Victoria’s Secret: Pink Nation FREE Beauty Travel Kit

August 26, 2009 by Tara Kuczykowski 34 Comments

Victoria's Secret Pink Nation FREE Beauty Travel Kit
Wow – and here’s yet another fantastic Victoria’s Secret freebie. Pink Nation members can also snag a FREE Beauty Travel Kit worth $25 with any Pink purchase at Victoria’s Secret.

My printer is out of ink, so if anyone can share the expiration date, that would be awesome.

Reminder: with these any purchase coupons, you can truly purchase anything in the store, so small travel size items, etc. are fair game. You likely will not be able to use multiples coupons in a single transaction, but most associates will ring separate transactions if you ask politely.

Thanks, Vanessa!

got mine yesterday. thanks. really cute but def not worth it if i had to actually pay $25 for it(the retail value). fyi-3 important points…….1) the free kit is an old model and theres a new model out of the travel kit so the stores have a really small inventory of the old model bc theyre trying to get rid of it and its been out for a while 2) if ur a new pink nation member ur coupon also consists of a $10 off $35 purchase in addition to the free kit and u can use both coupons together 3)u can purchase any pink item to get the free kit and most stores have the pink lollipops with are $1.50 so u come out making out really good and the stores currently have a promo that u get a free pink lace thong with any pink purchase and that same item ure buying for the free kit counts for the free thong too……amazing deal. thanks

I love these VS deals but I’m actually more curious about your statement about your printer being out of ink. Mine is too and I have spent all morning researching trying to decide what to do about ink. We are spending a small fortune in ink every year. We have an Epson so refils at Wags are not an option. I would LOVE to know what others do. Is there a certain brank printer or ink that gets better ink economy than the rest? is there a certain place that’s cheapest to buy ink from? I never see any good deals on Epson ink so I was even looking into buying a new printer IF another brand has cheaper ink and/or better ink economy. I would really love to hear other’s ideas/tips/suggestions on what they do.

Would also love ideas on ink (my computer is an ink hog and I am sick of it!)

Awesome info, Jeannie! So, we should be able to combine this trip with the 1 oz Pink Body Lotion?? Do they always have those $1.50 lollipops? (What do they taste like?) I know less than nothing about Pink, but my little girl is into pretty smells and things. Just hoping it doesn’t give the hubs a headache :( Thinking I’ll cause a bit of a chuckle if they should point out the free thong…not really into buying undies!

I’d recommend checking out Kodak’s new printers at Print and Prosper. I don’t own one, but I saw them in action at BlogHer, and they are fantastic! Try out the comparison tool – it’s really eye opening.

That is great. I don’t shop VS too often, but when they have free stuff offered it is tempting for sure.

    Thanks!

I just got mine today. Jeannie is right, they let me stack deals. I got the free travel kit (it contains 4 items — a body lotion, a body wash, a lip butter, and a refresher spray), the free thong, and I showed them my coupon for the free body lotion sample and they threw that in the bag too.

Regarding ink, we also have Epson photo printer that I use alot to print my own pics. It is cheaper if you buy in bulk on Staples.com by purchasing multiples of the same color online (get discount with only 2 or 3 or more of any color and free shipping on $50 or more which is really easy because it is expensive. And it comes in like 2 days to your door!) Also, bring your old, empty cartridges into Staples to recycle and get $3 each, up to 10 recycle each month. I had tons sitting in a bag in my home office and have been going every single month and getting $30 in Staples rewards money that I can use to purchase anything in the store. Make sure you sign up to be a Staples Rewards member and earn bucks for spending money there.

Also, on the ink, we have a little shop near us in Central New Jersey that REFILLS your empty ink cartridges. I haven’t tried it yet but intend to, once I run out of my current supply of ink. I read a newspaper article about it and it is really good for the environment (recycling!!!) AND supposed to cost a fraction of new cartridges. As I understand it, they do it for lots of different brands of printers. I will look for the name of the place and try to write back, but you may want to do a Google search for one in your area. I think these types of places are nationwide (though may not be a big chain, just lots of independent stores).

Got mine today as well! It does combine with some other coupons, such as the free mini lotion, or any of the Angel’s Cardholder monthly coupons. You also can get the free thong with any Pink Purchase. So if you are a cardholder, and buy something small such as a 5 dollar Pink Soap, you can really make out well from combining deals.
These would make a really great present for a little girl who loves body products, since the scents are so clean and fresh. The mesh bag it comes in is actually very nice too. It has a metal zipper which I was surprised by! Their stuff is good quality and this offer is really a nice deal.

I bought refurbished cartridges for my Samsung laser. A new cartridge is $89, refurbished it’s $35. I got my first one from 123inkjets.com and it was pretty awful, but this new one from 4inkjets.com is pristine! Now get this … I got a coupon code off retailmenot or couponcabin for 10% (the order was under $50 & didn’t qualify for free shipping, so this just covered most of the shipping), bought it through ebates for a 19% rebate, and paid with my 1% cashback mastercard. And one cartridge does 3000 sheets, so I’m set for at least a year :)

We have a place around here called “Cartridge World”. They will take your old cartridges and give you recycled/refilled ones. They look like they are spread around the nation. I am waiting for my cartridge to run out so I can give them a try!

hey andrea….the travel kit you get consists of 4 items from a new pink line which is supposed to be all natural..so dont worry about the smell bothering the hub…lol..its really natural and soft….in the store i went to she wouldnt let me combine the 1oz lotion coupon but she allowed me to just ring it separately. and actually i think not all stores dont have the pink lollipops. theyre really big round ones though in come in several flavors if u do find it. i think the next cheapest thing would be the pink soap which is $5. (which not to mention is also from the natural line) and some stores even have like nail filers and air freshners and stuff. anything u buy though would be def worth it…and congrats on winnign the free panty. i dont think most people know its actually a game. when u open ur pink nation account to get ur coupon theres a game there to win a free panty. check itout

I got mine yesterday, it’s pretty cool! And you can combine it with the free lotion but my store ran out darn it.
As for printer ink, you should invest in a new Kodak printer for a little over a $100 and the ink is just $9.99 to $14.99. You can’t beat that!

Tried to get mine yesterday. I was able to use the $10 off but couldnt get the kit. She scanned both and when I asked where my kit was she said they never had any. When I asked why she scanned it if she knew they didnt have the kits I got the deer in the headlights look and her reply was “dunno but its used now so you cant use it again” Very bad customer service!

I went to VS and got my free kit too. I bought a ink lollipop for $1.50. It was hidden behind some t shirts so am glad I spotted it instead of dropping 7.50 for an undie I wouldv’e got for free anyways! It is a new kit which contains the spray, lip balm(v small size) lotion and wash in citrus and mint. It is new cos the lady behind the counter knew nothing of it and had to call her manager and ask. Luckily I had called earlier and enquired if that store was participating,so she said she did but only with the printable coupon. I also managed o print out another one so might hit another store. i think it would make a nice holiday gift for a coworker or your nanny-especially in these economic times:-)

my vs had a deal running where if you tried on one of their new bras, they gave you $5 off any purchase. i used that + the free lotion coupon + the pink nation coupon and got the travel kit, lotion, undies valued at 9.50 & a hoodie for $25. :)

one thing i always do is make sure that they have the promotional item in stock before i go to check out.. usually the girls are super helpful and get me the item so i can go up to the counter with it.

VS did not seem clear on which kit was included with the coupon. They told me they were out then after looking decided that the kit on the sales floor was the correct item.

The Pink Organics line is 3 for $15. Normally they retail for $10-$15 per bottle. I spent $15 and got the free panty, travel kit, and lotion with the coupons plus 3 bottles. Thanks for the tip!

I also use a Kodak printer. I love that ink is only about 9.99 and 14.99. It doesnt run out quickly & the printers themselves arent very expensive.
