Do you use Upromise eCoupons?

Is Upromise a credit card? I remember looking into it a while back and it was, but this doesn’t seem to be. How does it work? Like a rewards card?
Tara Kuczykowski
Upromise does have a credit card, but these are ecoupons — except instead of truly getting money off a purchase, the amount is deposited in a college savings account. The cool thing is it’s okay to stack these “savings” with manufacturer coupons.
