Today when I was using my coupons, my cashier said that if a coupon beeps and says doesn’t match. They will no longer accept. I am a little concerned. Interestingly enough, the only coupons that beeped were the Target coupons for Cheetos. She let those pass. I wonder what the real outcome will be!

If you receive the Target tear off coupons by mail, there is a Q for $4 off the Razors (exp 4/20) . Add that with the Shaving Gel ($1/1.89) you can do this:

    Razor- $7.99 minus
    Target Q- $4
    P&G (4/5) $2 making the razor $1.99!

    Shave Gel- $1.89-1= .89cents

$1.99 plus .89 cent = $2.88 and THEN receive your Target $5 gift card

    $5-$2.88 means….

Target will pay you $2.12 to bring home the Razor and Gel!!!

Jennifer, I had to laugh at your comment. That is exactly what happens to me. The MFQs go through with no problem and the Target coupons beep or can’t be read at all. Silly Target. I keep going though! For me there is no consistency. Each cashier seems to have their own policy. You have to just shrug your shoulders I guess. I am always relieved when I finally have my things and am heading OUT the door.

The 4/5 RP Dunkin Donuts coupon I received was for $1.50 off of TWO bags…is there another one I missed?

Deidra, I just verified it, and indeed mine is for $1.50/1. I know that the Pittsburgh area received the same. You might try eBay if you want to purchase some coupons. I’ve had good luck with receiving them quickly from there.

Hi Kristy! It means the coupon was in the SmartSource insert in yesterday’s newspaper. You can find a comprehensive list of the couponing terms used in my quick reference guide. It can easily be found in the future by clicking on the Coupons tab at the top of each page.

Yep! You can get one per coupon, so you’re only limited by the number of coupons that you have.

Thanks for the deals! Does anyone know if you do the Gillette razor/shaving gel deal twice in the same transaction if you’ll get two $5 gift cards? Or should I do separate transactions (like if I were shopping at Wags)? Thanks!

April, I believe you can do two per transaction, but I usually do just one and then have them ring the second separately so I can use the GC I earn from the first one on it.

I’d like to know that, too, Deanna! No $4 Q for me! :(
And my Target ad says $5 gift card “when you buy…(razor)..OR CARTRIDGE and one other item. Anyone know how much the cartridge is? Maybe cheaper than the razor even after Q?

Ladies, I received the booklet after moving to a new house… I don’t recall ever signing up for it, but I’m wondering if it was a carry-over from the previous owner….the booklets say “current resident”…? I receive 2 booklets every month or so- a “household” coupon booklet, and one devoted strictly to baby items…. I’ll have to do some research on this, though I’ll bet you could email Target or go to their customer service desk and ask….Side note- the razor cartridges are very expensive. Anywhere from $15ish to $20ish depending on amount. I keep thinking I will just buy a refill, but when the Qs and prices allow you to get a whole new razor for free, it’s just better all around.

It’s a bit of a mystery as to how you get on their list. I know I get the household coupons and the baby coupons. I believe the baby coupons are a result of registering online, but I don’t know if the household coupons are tied to that or not. I would definitely try registering on the Target site and see if you start receiving anything from it.

This is for the ladies wondering about the Target tear off coupons by mail… I just called the Target on my area, and ask about how to get them. The manager ask me if I have a Red card, meaning a Target visa card. He knew that people who has the visa card also get the coupons by mail.

Well! I went to two Target with my coupons. The first Target check out person was acusing me that those coupons were copies. I told her that they all printed out from laser printer. She told me that the Target coupons are not from Target (I print them out from this website.). She told me that others Johson’s coupons for the Buddies soap are not leagle. She asked me that where I got my coupon in a yelling voice. She treated me like a criminal. She also took my All deterget manufacture coupon that I printed out from this side.
I went to another Target. The cashier told me that the two and three dollors coupons are not the coupons that Target will accept. I left with empty handed.

I’m sorry you had a poor experience, J. Wu. I would recommend that you contact Target corporate and let them know about your experience as it is not in line with Target’s corporate coupon policy.
