the target coupon is for connect 4×4, not the regular connect 4. so the price for connect 4 would be $3.

The Target store I visited yesterday in South Carolina would only allow one Target coupon of $0.50 per transaction. If you did separate transactions for each of the 10 bottles of Sobe, you could not get the $5 gift card. Also, I did not get the gift card with the BOGO free unless I purchased 20 bottles so I actually “purchased” the 10 bottles. I do not like Target. :0)

where do you see the target coupon only good for 4×4 – I only see “select hasbro games” on the coupon

okay, now I see the 4×4 when I printed the coupon out – it is for battleship, connect 4×4 or bop it

I had a similar transaction last week and I was able to use a bogo coupon and still get a gift card even though I only paid for half of it. The register was saying the coupon was invalid, but took it after a few tries. The cashier was waiting for a manager to override it when it took it.

I used both the Target and Maufacturers coupons for the Connect Four. I didn’t realize until I got home that the Target coupon was actually for the Connect 4X4. The coupon did beep but the cashier quickly hit a button to override it.

My Target store (CT) allowed me to use the Target $3 off Coupon for the regular Connect Four…2 free! Wish I had printed more of those Target coupons when they were available!

I tried to add this comment a while ago, but I still don’t see it. If you see doubles I am sorry. My question is about the Toy Story DVDs. I don’t understand how they show up 7.99 each. I see: 22.99 x2 = 46.00 – 10 bonus – 5 coupon – 5 coupon = 26.00. That means 13.00 each. Am I missing a coupon somewhere? If so, where?

I had the most horrible experience with the hasbro coupons. They did beep and the cashier immediately got a manager. She took off with them and make copies. Making me stand there 10 min and making everyone in line mad. After all of that, she came back with another manager telling me they were not valid. I have used them before there(Walmart) and they were fine. I am emailing Hasbro to make sure they are valid before I hit up the store manager about a complaint. They were even questioning me where I got them. The website was on there, duh. Sometimes it seems as though these stores hate someon to get a good deal. Very sad

Staci–if this helps, there are usually a date, printed time, and zip on the coupon’s borders which authenticates them more than when coupons were first introduced online. It’s in very tiny print but it’s on them.

I was just at my Target this morning (Kentucky) and they had Old Spice Deoderant on Clearance. The Clearance price was $3.08 each. I had coupons for $1/2 – so the final price was $2.58 each.

Staci – that is horrible. I used the hasbro coupon today at Target (well almost, but they did accept it). Anyhow, the cashier was super vigilant about all my coupons and pointed out the 4×4 difference (so I ended up not buying the game) but I don’t see why the mfr didn’t come up.
I agree about some cashiers/mgrs acting like you are trying to rob their momma when presenting coupons!

I did find a Crest Kids toothpaste on a bottom shelf on sale for $1.49 and used the $1 Crest Kids coupon (think it was a Target one) so got it for $0.49

I also printed out the Mitchum deodorant $1 off coupon from the Target site, but it was a manufacturer coupon. Walgreens has a store coupon for $1.99 Mitchum deodorant so I stacked ’em to get a 12.5 oz Mitchum deodorant for $0.99. Mind you, I called Walgreens beforehand and explained that even though the coupon had the Target logo on it, it was a manufacturer coupon and said so – the manager said if it scanned, they would take it, and it did! I got the mgrs name to tell the cashier and to be able to bring to the register if there were any problems. If you can find that manufacturer coupon elsewhere, that might be easier.

Oh and the Sobe Life Water – not a chance of getting that free here! I did buy the 10 bottles and used the $0.50 off Target coupon and the BOGO free mfr coupon and got the $5 Target gift card. Each coupon was only used once and the gift card can not be used on that same transaction. (so basically, I got $1.50 off the ten bottles, making them $8.50 and then got the $5 gift card to use later)

Later, I went to another Target and just picked up two bottles and used both coupons so got two bottles for 50 cents.

    Regarding Hasbro games –
Tonight I bought the bop it *handheld* game using the Hasbro mafr and Target coupon (this was suggested on another blog, since the coupon doesn’t say it can’t be travel size). I went to customer service to check out since I’ve been having issues with coupons. So the customer service rep said that the second coupon beeped and said you couldn’t use two coupons on the same item. I said well one is mfr and one is Target, she said I know, but it still says that. I said, well Target policy says one mfr and one Target coupon will be accepted per item. She said, I know, but that’s why you have problems with the cashiers. She accepted it and I got the bop it handheld game for $1.99 after both coupons!

I have learned as sad as it is to go to the young cashiers! I had a young guy tonight and had not a bit of problem using my coupons for the Hasbro games. I didn’t realize myself until reading the comments above that it was for Connect 4X4. I noticed it beeped but didn’t know why, and he did an override without uttering a word. I got 1 Connect 4 game, 3 Monopoly games and 1 Battleship for $12. I think that is pretty good considering the Battleship itself reg price is $15.99.

    A couple other deals:

Sonicare e5300 is on sale for $49.99 – use $10 coupon from newspaper (sorry, I don’t keep track of the date I got the coupon but it was in the Sunday Paper some time back.) also, I picked up a $10 coupon at the dentist for it off a display (looks like a toothbursh) and rebate here: https://www.ddpks.com/docs/sonicare_rebate_flyer.pdf
End price = $29.99 The kid one is also $49.99 – there was a $10 coupon for that one too sometime ago in the newpaper, but no rebate I can find on it.

Also, $4.00 coupon for Air Wick Imotion starter kit… I believe I got it from http://www.airwick.us but I can’t tell now because I think I printed the maximum, which was like 4 times in the last 2 weeks. They are $6.00 this week at Target

Another $4.00 coupon for Lysol Nutra Air starter kit, I think I got from http://www.lysol.com but their coupon server isn’t working right now. They are $6.00 at Target.

There’s a deal on the Finish Power Tab automatic dishwasher despenser thingie – it’s $6 at soom Targets, there’s coupons for that in a couple places, brings that down to I think $2 or $3 total.

Lysol No-Touch Hand Soap System – is $9.99 this week (it might have been on sale last week?) there’s a Target Coupon for $1.00 and a Manufacturer coupon for $2.50.

Also, there’s a Target coupon for Brita water system, and Brita coupon, the total was -$7, the coupon on Brita.com is only $2 so, that’s not where I got it, but it was a printable coupon. The 6 cup system is $13.99, so it’s $7 for that one, the bigger ones are on sale this week for $29.99.

The other deal was the Crest 3d white strips are $34.99 this week, there was 2 coupons on this, both from the newpaper, one listed as a Target coupon for $10 off and the other a Manufactuer coupon for $10 off (had Olympics on the top of it if that helps) so I picked that up for $14.99. Also, there’s combination and b1g1 on Crest 3d toothbrushes which were $2.99, there was a $1 coupon in that same Olympics add, and a $1.50 Target coupons (newspaper again) so the final price for 2 Crest 3d toothbrushes was .49

There were other deals of course, I think this past week and this week combined I easily got about $500 worth of stuff for around $150 or so, and this week there seems to be more deals (and combo coupon deals (Target/Manufactuer/b1g1) than last week… so happy hunting!

I was informed today at Target that I could not use a raincheck and a coupon together. The rainchecks were for the games that were on sale last week. She said since the $7.00 is a sale price that I couldn’t use coupons……I don’t think so. I emailed Target for clarifcation.
