With the help of a friendly clerk, and someone who went to the back for me, I was able to get 25 of the quaker singles for a total of .50. It took 5 seperate transactions, rolling the gift cards. However, I don’t think it’s going to take Target long to get sold out of the maple and brown sugar flavor. (The only flavor for which the deal works.)

I’m just now starting to try to take advantage of some Target deals. As far as the gift card offers go, are there any limits on how many gift cards I can get. ie The Gillette deal for this week, if I have 2 coupons can I buy 4 Gillette products and get a total of $10 in gift cards? Do I have to do it in separate transactions?

Rachel, since Target doesn’t have a card or anything to track your purchases, they typically don’t limit gift card deals. If they do, it’s usually per transaction and I’ll note that, if it’s in the circular.
The coupon is for $4/1 though and you get $5 back, so you’d get the best price if you just bought 2 and used your 2 coupons. However, if you have a coupon that is off 2 products, you can buy 2 and get the $5 gift card, then go buy 2 more and use the gift card to lower you out-of-pocket and get back another gift card. If that makes sense!

Rachel, nope. The coupon is $4/1… so here’s the math.
Buy 2 Gillette Razor for $6.99 each ($13.98)
Use 2 of the $4/1 coupons (- $8.00)
Final out of pocket – $5.98
Get back a $5 gift card, so $0.98 for two after gift card and coupons or $0.49 each.
