Thank you, thank you, THANK YOU for sharing this! This issue has been weighing heavily on my mind since I heard very recently about the death of a young man who had a wife and three small children. I don’t know if this family had a will in place but I pray they did. I know I don’t like to think about what would happen to my kids if something happened to me or my husband. But the reality is I have to if I want to be a responsible parent. I didn’t think we had the money to hire an attorney to create a will but now I don’t have to worry about it. Thank you so much!
    Sincerely,
    Amy E and family

would you be so kind as to forward to me? I missed the giveaway & desperately need it. Due to my ill health and medical costs, I can not afford to purchase it.
      Thank you in advance

Has anyone used this kit to tell me if it is state-specific? Dave Ramsey said on his show the other night that your will needs to be specific to your state, as the laws vary from state to state. Thanks!

Not sure about the state specific, but I guess we would have to check. This is timely, as our local paper ran an article not too long ago about wills versus revocable living trust.

Okay, have read further, and am very, very hesitant about doing this, expecially since it asks for your social security number. Will just have to wait a bit longer til I can get to the lawyer.

You are right to be wary. Just to be safe I chose the second option offered which does not save your social security number or birthdate, and I put in random figures.

Thanks a million for creating this website for us. You are so thoughtful to help the pool set up the will. I’ve created the wills for both my husband and I online. How do I log back in to continue? It didn’t give me an option. It’s asking me to subscribe again as new. Pls help. Thank you.

Am a NY city resident with property in Florida. Where does living revocable trust have to be notorized. Don’t see a place to list the property and who I want it left to.
The same thing with a new will.
    Thanks so much.

Thank you for the code! I was skeptical at first but yes it is really free. (I don’t know how but I will take it) Within a few hours (half a day) I was able to create my living trust, will, power of attorney, and advance directive for my health. There are step by step audio instructions by Suze. Glad I found this site!

I used the Suzeorman kit to do my revocable trust but there is a mistake in the trust and I cannot seem to get help to make the correction. I went over and edit the trust, but the mistake is still there. Is there a number I can call to get help .

    Hi,
My husband and I bought your complete package of legal forms , wills, trusts and so on. It was years ago. At the time we were told we would have lifetime free upgrades. Where and how do we go about that? We are in our sixties now and do not have anything set up. It came in a large green expandable case please let us know how to get our up dated CDs . I’m sure all the laws have changed by now. Thank you. EG
